At eskiin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box and include the printed return authorization slip provided via email.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
